Returns can easily be lodged through your Account.

Return Policy

At Cilla, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your piece, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging must be returned intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Please refer to our Care Instructions Page to ensure the longevity of your piece.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@cilla.com.au to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
